MYBA — The Worldwide Yachting Association
Every charter is issued on a standard MYBA Charter Agreement, which clearly outlines the terms for the protection of both the charterer and the yacht owner. MYBA also sets the gratuity convention we quote.
Ditjen Hubla — Directorate General of Sea Transportation
Every vessel we charter complies with the safety, manning and construction standards mandated by Indonesia’s maritime authority, including a valid Surat Persetujuan Berlayar for every voyage.
Basarnas — National Search and Rescue Agency
Our vessels are fully integrated into Indonesia’s national SAR network. EPIRBs and SARTs transmit distress signals and precise location data directly to Basarnas and international SAR authorities.
Classification societies
Independent bodies such as Lloyd’s Register and Bureau Veritas conduct detailed surveys of our fleet every five years, with intermediate checks annually.
Coral Triangle Center
We provide annual financial support to the Coral Triangle Center in Bali to aid their vital work in marine conservation, research and community education.
WWF Indonesia & The Nature Conservancy Indonesia
Leading conservation organisations we partner with, and whose published guidelines we follow for content relating to marine life and ecology.
A VERRA-certified carbon offset provider
We calculate and offset 100% of the fuel emissions from every charter, supporting verified reforestation and biodiversity protection projects including the Rimba Raya Biodiversity Reserve in Kalimantan.
PADI
Our dive programmes are run by PADI-certified instructors and divemasters, and S/Y Nusantara is equipped as a PADI 5-Star Dive Center.
