Who we are
Luxury Yacht Charter Bali is operated by Bali Premium Trip, a legally registered Indonesian company (Perseroan Terbatas — PT) under the auspices of our parent, Juara Holding Group. Our office is at Jalan Sunset Road No. 88, Kuta, Badung, Bali 80361, Indonesia. Any question about this policy can be sent to the charter desk by WhatsApp or email.
What we collect, and why
We collect only what we need to answer your enquiry and run your charter. In practice that means: your name and contact details; your preferred dates and guest numbers; the dietary requirements, allergies, beverage preferences and activity interests you give us on the preference sheet; and, where a charter is confirmed, the identity details required for port clearance and vessel manning records under Indonesian maritime regulation.
Where you tell us about a medical condition, a mobility requirement or a religious observance, we use it only to make the charter safe and comfortable for you, and we share it only with the crew who need it.
Confidentiality and non-disclosure
From the moment of your initial inquiry, communication is handled with the utmost discretion. All crew members and shore staff operate under stringent non-disclosure agreements. For public figures, celebrities or corporate VIPs requiring an additional layer of confidentiality, further Non-Disclosure Agreements can be executed with all involved staff prior to the charter. Where you ask us to, we will coordinate with your family office, security detail or personal assistants rather than contacting you directly.
Who we share it with
We share your details with the yacht owner or operator, the captain and the crew assigned to your charter, and with port and immigration authorities where the law requires it. Where your itinerary involves aviation, ground transport or on-shore experiences, we share only the details that provider needs. We do not sell your information, and we do not pass it to advertisers.
Payments
All financial transactions are processed through secure, encrypted platforms, and client funds are handled with the utmost integrity. We operate under strict financial regulations within Indonesia. We do not store full payment card details on our own systems.
How long we keep it
We retain enquiry correspondence only as long as it remains useful to you, and charter records for as long as Indonesian tax, maritime and insurance obligations require. Preference-sheet detail is kept so that a returning guest does not have to repeat it, and is deleted on request.
Your choices
You may ask us at any time what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it where no legal obligation requires us to keep it, or ask us to stop contacting you. Message the charter desk and we will action it. If you reach us through WhatsApp, note that the message itself is carried by WhatsApp under its own terms.
Changes to this policy
We monitor regulatory changes from Indonesian authorities and update this page when the law or our practice changes. The version shown here is always the current one.
